Enterprise Helpdesk

Enterprise Helpdesk is an Intranet application designed to provide support to the large area of IT management environment. It is a fully Web based application which does not require the installation of additional Software. Just the basic Internet Explorer 4.0 and above. Enterprise Helpdesk was developed to allow you to easily record a wide variety of information and problems user have with their hardware and software.
The program was designed to be easy to learn and use. Simple menus and Wizards were all used to simplify program operation. Drop down combo boxes speed data entry by allowing quick access to "look up" tables. Query by Form and a Point and Click Filter Form allow users to easily search the database.
The included reports can also be easily filtered to include only the information you want to print. Every effort has been made to develop a program that is easy to learn and use. It carries the credits from the IT Manager of the Nethold Mediterranean Group, Mr Derek Arnold, which has provided us with substantial information, in order to arrive in a system that covers a the vast area of IT Management.

Enterprise CSS (Customer Support System)

Enterprise CSS is a customer support tool that has been developed in Microsoft Access 97 in a user interface basis & Microsoft SQL Server 7 Database Management System. This has the advantages that can handle large amount of Data, and most of all, it is characterized as a low budget system. This is a very efficient system that runs very fast, and provides the customer support unit, with valuable help. The application is highly expandable and most of all, is very easy to use.
